Our Mission The Rancho Bernardo High School Friends of the Library is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the RBHS Library in meeting the intellectual, curricular, and technological needs of all Rancho Bernardo High School students and staff through fundraising and advocacy.

Meetings Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month during the regular school year. Our next meeting will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 4:00 pm at the RBHS Library. We invite you, RBHS parents and Rancho Bernardo community and business associates, to join us and learn about how you can support our school library.

Fundraising - Campus Book Fair! The Friends of the Library will be having a book fair during lunch on campus on January 24, 25 and 26. There will be over 700 books on sale from Barnes and Noble for Core Literature Books. Bring your cash and or credit cards.
Fundraising - Tickets for the Farmers Insurance Open Golf Tournament at Torrey Pines! Purchase tickets for the annual Farmers Insurance Open Golf Tournament at Torrey Pines on January 23-29, 2012. Tickets are $17.00. Contact Linda Gannon at greci6@san.rr.com for tickets.
100% of the proceeds will go to the RBHS Friends of the Library to maintain current staffing, purchase up-to-date library books, instructional materials and online data bases.
Magazine Subscriptions!
Subscribe or renew your subscriptions to your favorite magazines and help the RBHS Friends of the Library at the same time! Just follow this link and the RBHS FOL will receive up to 40% of the subscription price.
Ongoing Fundraising There are many ways to help the RBHS Friends of the Library as you shop online and at local grocery stores. And if you shop at Amazon, just use the search box to the right to start your shopping and Amazon will donate 4% of your purchases to the RBHS Friends of the Library.
Ralphs Register your Ralphs card online and Ralphs will donate 1-4% of your purchases to the RBHS Friends of the Library. For the 2009/2010 school year, 20 shoppers created over $200 in donations to the RBHS FOL! We also have a scanbar letter for a fast, convenient method to sign up at your local Ralphs. Email us for further details.
Vons Register your Vons card online and Vons will donate 1-4% of your purchases to the RBHS Friends of the Library. For the 2009/2010 school year, 200 shoppers created over $1,300 in donations to the RBHS FOL!
eScrip Register your credit card with eScrip and enjoy many shopping opportunities online and at local restaurants. eScrip provides links to just about every online company that will donate a percentage of your purchases to the RBHS FOL.
eLabels for Education Register your Ralphs and Vons cards with eLabels for Education and every time you buy products, you will earn points for RBHS to purchase educational merchandise. Products participating in the Labels for Education program include Campbell's soup, Prego, V8, Pepperidge Farm and many others.
